About Our Service

Expedited Auto Transport is a licensed auto transport broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange the transport of your vehicle by coordinating with third-party, FMCSA-licensed and insured carriers. The carrier — not Expedited Auto Transport — performs the physical transport of your vehicle.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current market conditions, including route, distance, vehicle size, transport type, and timing. Prices may change if your details change or if market conditions shift before a carrier is assigned. We aim for transparent, all-in pricing with no hidden fees.

Booking & Payment

Booking terms, including any deposit and the balance due to the carrier at delivery, will be disclosed before you confirm your order. You agree to pay the agreed amount according to those terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel before a carrier is dispatched, subject to any terms disclosed at booking. Once a carrier has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

Insurance & Liability

Assigned carriers are required to maintain active cargo insurance, which we verify before assignment. We strongly recommend you inspect your vehicle and note its condition on the carrier’s bill of lading at both pickup and delivery. Claims for transport-related damage are handled through the assigned carrier’s insurance; we will assist you in the process.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, contact, and location information.
• Prepare your vehicle for transport and remove personal items, which are not covered by carrier insurance.
• Be available (or designate someone) for pickup and delivery.

Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS regarding your shipment, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expedited Auto Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for acts or omissions of third-party carriers.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Expedited Auto Transport is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved as set out in your booking agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
